영문 성경 출애굽기 읽기 2

나는 성경 출애굽기 읽기를 끝냈다. 출애굽기는 두 종류로 나눌 수 있다. 첫 번째 부분은 1장부터 18장까지이고 두 번째 부분은 장 19에서 장 40까지이다.
첫 번째 부분에는 이스라엘 백성들이 이집트 왕에게 압제를 받는 것과 하나님이 모세를 통하여 이스라엘 백성을 이집트에서 탈출시킨 것이 씌어져 있다. 두 번째 부분은 모세가 시나이 산에서 하나님에게서 받은 언약과 지시들로 되어있다.
하나님께서 받은 십계명은 20장에 나와 있다. 하나님께서 주신 법령들을 21장부터 24장까지에 나와 있다. 25장에서는 하나님을 위한 성스러운 텐트를 만들 것을 명하셨다.
출애굽기 25장에서부터 마지막 장인 40장까지에는, 그 성스러운 텐트 안에서 하나님을 섬기기 위해 필요한 여러 가지 기구들을 만드는 방법, 그곳에서 제사장이 입을 옷들을 만드는 방법, 하나님께 제물을 바치는 방법들이 씌어져 있다.
출애굽기에 나오는 모세는 신정정치 국가의 제사장으로 여겨질 수 있다고 생각한다. 그때에 모세가 가지고 있는 권세는 매우 컸었다. 출애굽기 32장에는 모세가 시나이 산에서 오랫동안 머문 동안에 사람들이 아론을 부추겨서 황금으로 송아지를 만들게 하였던 일에 대하여 기록하고 있다.
모세는 우상을 만든 사람들에게 분노하였다. 그는 레위 족 사람들에게 말했다. “이스라엘의 주 하나님께서 너희 모든 사람에게 자신의 칼을 들고 너희의 형제들과 친구들과 그리고 너희 이웃들을 죽이라고 명하신다.” 레위 족들은 순종하여 그 날에 약 3천명을 죽였다. 이 사실이 모세가 큰 권세를 가졌다는 것을 암시한다.

I am finished reading Bible Exodus. Exodus can branch from two sort. First part is from chapter 1 to chapter 18 and second part is from chapter 19 to chapter 40.
In the first part, it is written that the people of Israel are oppressed by the Egyptian king and that God escaped the Israelites from Egypt through Moses. The second part consists of the covenants and instructions Moses received from God on Mount Sinai.
The Ten Commandments received by God are given in Chapter 20. The laws given by God are listed in Chapters 21 through 24. In Chapter 25, he ordered the creation of a sacred tent for God.
In Exodus from chapter 25 to last chapter 40, it is written that how to create the various utensils needed to serve God in the sacred tent, that how to make clothes for the priest to wear there and that how to offer the sacrifice to God.
I think that Moses in Exodus can be seen as a priest in a theocracy state. The power Moses had at that time was very great. In Exodus chapter 32, there is recorded about that while Moses were staying in mountain Sinai for a long time, the people encouraged Aaron to make a calf in gold.
Moses was angry with those who made idols. He said Levites, "The Lord God of Israel commends every one of you to put on your sword and kill your brothers, your friends, and your neighbors." The Levites obeyed and killed about three thousand men that day. This fact suggests that Moses had great powers.
